Great mobile home park. Not sure if this spot has any places for Rent or Lease, but I did see a couple lots for sale, this is a very quiet and well managed park. Clean well maintained and the place exudes a very protective vibe, it seems that as a community everyone looks out for the other. Great to see. And for sure a safe and sound place to raise your flag and call home.

I would not recommend anyone to live here! The management is always in your affairs, raising your space rent every year, demanding you make repairs to the outside of your mobile home every year and write you up for maintance issue.If you do not complete them in time they charge you fees. The Seniors in this park can not enjoy the grounds because of all the restrictions. The type of pets are restricted and not allowed on any grass areas. Beware of moving in here..I have only mentioned a few reasons why not to live here.

Looks like a nice place. One of my friends lives here and I come to visit him on occasion.
