Bali Hi Mobile Home Lodge

We have friends who manage the Mobile Home Park so we attended a party there. What a lovely facility with a great pool area and large party room. With a fireplace, pool table and little kitchen area, it's perfect for large groups. Very well maintained 55+ Senior Mobile Home Park in Santa Ana.

Matthew and Kate are great managers. Have had many interactions with them and they have always been extremely helpful, accommodating and go above and beyond whenever I have needed them. They work very hard to maintain and improve the park and I greatly appreciate all the personal attention they give when I have gone to them. There just aren't enough good things you can say about Kate and Matthew.

Matt and Kate are great managers. They go over and above to help the residents here. They hosted a New Years day get together and I was very impressed how they knew every person's names. They showed compassion and true genuine interest in every resident who attended. Matt recently helped me when I needed to have the railings removed from my back porch in order to receive the delivery of new washer and dryer. I so appreciated this. Great to have a couple who truly care.

Typical old fashioned trailer park. I wouldn't want to live here for several reasons. I do not like this area, it's really bad. The other reason is trailers are too close together, and people have to pay rent for the lot they have them parked on. I saw on google this park eventually may be made into a shopping area like many other trailer parks. I know someone who lives here I visited & I was glad to leave.

Nice ,clean and friendly people who live there. Good community, I will come back again, I may move to this place when I retired.
