If you’re visiting Disneyland or attending an event at the convention center, this Best Western is in a prime location, within walking distance to attractions, restaurants, convenience stores, and more. Our room was comfortable and reasonably quiet despite the busy area, and the bathroom area was sparkling-clean and had great share space, with a long lighted mirror and large vanity. The staff is polite and helpful throughout, with the front desk, the dining area, and housekeeping attendants all offering friendly, reliable service. The hotel itself is convenient in many ways as well, with ample in/out parking, elevators, and easy access to the main road. Great value!

We stayed at Best Western Plus Raffles Inn & Suites, Anaheim for three nights during our LA trip. At first, we were a bit disappointed by the reception area, but we soon realized it was temporary due to renovations. The staff was courteous and checked in on us about our stay each time we passed by. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with standard amenities. Parking ($$) was decent, and the location was good - about a 20-minute walk to Disneyland or a quick shuttle ride from the nearby Disneyland parking lot. Plenty of restaurants and essentials were within walking distance. Breakfast space got crowded at times, but we always managed to find seating. The hot breakfast options changed daily. However, like many hotels we stayed at during our trip, they used disposable cutlery, leading to a lot of waste. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a good location, and we’d happily recommend it!

There are many hotels in this area and I chose this hotel because I am a Best Western loyalty program member. Also it is 10-minute walk to Disney parks so little less expensive than official hotels or ones right across from the parks. Good amenities, including breakfast, (looks like options rotated each day) and good service from the hotel staff. Breakfast area could get a bit crowded but we managed to find a seat each time. Check-in and check-out were easy. It is cottage-style, which is not my favorite kind of layout, but bed was comfortable and pleased with this stay.

First time we stayed here and we had a great experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food was warm and well prepared by Yolanda and Josie. Staff were consistently asking about our stay and what they could do to improve our visit. They genuinely cared for my family and meet all of our needs. The plus is being so close to Disneyland we were able to walk to the Toy Story shuttle and ride to Disneyland. I would definitely recommend and my family and I will be staying here again in the future.

My family recently stayed here for our first Disney trip. They were so kind to us after our first hotel, which was unpleasant. Breakfast was great, and everyone in the office was great. You can tell they take pride in their hotel. It was very clean and quiet, and the beds were amazingly comfortable.
