Not as nice as most BWs I’ve stayed at, lots of noise from the very busy road, lumpy mattress, heat blew humid air even after the very friendly manager tried his best to address it. Building exterior very run down, interior quite clean.

I am a loyal Best Western guest and have been to many of the brands hotels across the country. This a very nice hotel nearby to a warehouse area and about 4 miles or so to the ocean for people who want to save some $$ from the beach side hotels. The area the Westminster Inn is about a mile or so off the 405, and is in walking distance to some food options. The hotel was very nice and looked well maintained outside with working ice and vending machines. The room was roomy and has working TV with plenty of channels bed was very clean and rooms are serviced every two days. I had a very clean room. Breakfast started at 7am, I missed that everyday but had other options.

Great little budget hotel, first time in CA, and I was worried about the hotel and location but it was wonderful and such a great location. Will stay here again if I'm ever coming back.

Best Western in Westminster has been a great experience. The person at the front desk Khan is very professional and friendly. I was impressed by his customer service skills and his kindness which made me and my girlfriend feel welcomed.

The size of the rooms were pretty good, beds were comfortable, spacious restroom for the price. The breakfast was adequate, eggs, bacon, cereal, etc. No elevators! The outside could definitely use a paint job. Call to ask for an extra towel since they only gave us three for the four of us. They said we are welcome to come down and get some more. I would expect that response from a motel 6, not the best western. Decent pool and they had a putting green.
