Too expensive. Crazy neighborhood. Noisy neighbors. Cats and dogs running all over the place into your garden making your area into a giant litter box. Only good amenity is the always freezing pool with no patio furniture to sit on. There are much better communities to live in. Buyer or renter BEWARE!!!

I'm gonna go ahead and not sugar coat it lol but this place and area is NOT for the faint of heart. It is in fact ghetto and every negative word that is mentioned is true, despite the fake "good" reviews. You can expect a lot of dog barking, obnoxious engine revving, neighbors using leaf blowers or power tools when they want, loud conversations, exaggerated laughing and hollering, speeding cars even at night. They talk so loud and act as if this were the desert or the middle of nowhere. Hell I even witnessed a dog without a leash get hit by a car right in front of mobile homes. I don't know if the dog survived, it it was a wee pug.

I would definitely recommend looking somewhere elsewhere to rent or buy a mobile home..... This area is not so safe and at night it is a bit dangerous to the point where you may be a target for an. Unexpected robbery or theft...there are a lot of homeless individuals basically wandering around ... And I'm. Not saying that they are all dangerous or anything like that but some have mental issues ... My suggestion look somewhere else for the time. Being ...
