Limited control on room HVAC. Waterfall shower was nice. Medium cleanliness. Competitive price. Pool was great for kids. Hot tub wasn’t hot enough and had some leaves/debris in it. Overall not bad. Not excellent. Beer on tap at fireside was just slightly warm.

Overall, the hotel is not bad, the staff as well as the waiters are very friendly, but the facilities are a bit old, even though I got an upgraded suite, the interior decoration as well as the furniture has clearly aged. For example, the hot water needs to be turned on for almost a minute before the actual hot water comes out. What I can't accept is the fact that the room cleaning service is only provided after four days of stay. Although it is a unified cleaning regulation of the hotel, but the essence is a disguised cost saving. For a customer who has paid enough for a three-day stay, it should be a matter of course to have room service every day in such a three-star hotel, so I think the Crown Hotel should change its policy, otherwise it will lose some customers.

Overall an excellent stay and will definitely be returning. The location was awesome for exploring the area, since it was right next to the freeway. No daily housekeeping, but housekeeping can bring you anything you need which is a lifesaver. And last but not least, the front desk is phenomenal- especially Alexander. He was the absolute best my entire stay; he was incredibly helpful, professional, and continuously went above and beyond to ensure I had a good stay. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay, and a significant part of that was thanks to Alejandro. He is an exceptionally kind and considerate person who genuinely cares about guests’ comfort and well-being. I am incredibly grateful for his companionship on Christmas Eve—he consistently checked in on me, ensuring that I was feeling good and that everything was going smoothly. Alejandro is not only friendly but also highly attentive and dedicated to providing excellent service. His warmth and hospitality made me feel welcomed and cared for, turning what could have been a lonely holiday into a heartwarming and memorable experience. Beyond the outstanding service from Alejandro, the hotel itself was also fantastic. The environment was comfortable, well-maintained, and inviting, creating a truly enjoyable stay. From the excellent facilities to the thoughtful service, everything contributed to a wonderful holiday experience. A big thank you to Alejandro and the hotel team for making this Christmas so special—I will cherish these beautiful memories and look forward to returning in the future!

We had a great anniversary getaway, we loved everything here. The rooms were clean, the pool was nice and Alexander is the best! He helped us on our stay, he made everything 10 times better! I wanted to do a little surprise for my boyfriend and he helped me with it which I appreciate. I’ll be coming back soon. Stay here at this nice hotel you won’t regret it!
