Assistant Manager Joanne is equally remarkable, demonstrating efficiency and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. Customer Service Representatives Jasmin and Mel go above and beyond to create a friendly and accommodating atmosphere, making every interaction pleasant and seamless. Their collective efforts truly elevate the guest experience, making Extended Stay America Newport Beach feel like a home away from home. I had a wonderful experience at the John Wayne Extended Stay! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and attentive, making the check-in process quick and seamless. The room was well-appointed with everything I needed for my stay, and it was clear that great care had been taken to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the entire hotel. I particularly appreciated the fully-equipped kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare meals during my extended stay. The location was also convenient, offering easy access to local attractions and major highways. Despite being close to busy areas, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, which made for a restful and enjoyable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the John Wayne Extended Stay to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed at several Extended Stay hotels for my job and the Newport Beach location is by far the best! All the rooms have recently been beautifully renovated, and the location is in the heart of Orange County, just a short drive to all the best beaches and theme parks. Very friendly and helpful staff, The front desk team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and provide truly exceptional service. I’m extremely grateful to Jasmine, Mel, Alex and Jay for making me feel welcomed and at home during my stay, these people are rare gems that make this location exceptional.

I have had to extend my stay at this hotel and it has been a wonderful experience. The newly renovated rooms are nice and the staff has been extremely accommodating. The manager, Jay, is quick to reply to any request/issue and is always kind and friendly. I am thankful to be spending the holiday at this hotel. The price is in alignment with the accommodations. I have stayed at several Extended Stays across the US and this is one of the better locations. Thank you!

Staff very friendly, helpful and understanding. From housekeeping to the front desk. It truly feels like a home away from home. Can't thank Mrs JoAnn, Mrs Mel, Mrs Jasmine, Mr Alex, Mr Jay and rest of staff, all know me by name and face.
