Gables Mobile Estates

I don't live here, but i visit family that does. There is not enough guest parking, but there is plenty of assigned parking spots that are left unused. Overall, it's a decent place from my perspective. Quiet neighborhood, well-kept gardens which liven up the place, and clean streets. The only issue is parking for those who go visit.

We lived here back in 1973-74 when I was in Kindergarten. I have faint memories of it and also living in the pool. According to my mother, we lived in the third or fourth lot from the main turn in off of 1st Street. The area across the street from the entrance was an empty field with a vet clinic. My how it has changed over 50 years.

We never feel what is called community when living here, because the manager and the land lord will ignore people's opinion to improve community. Furthermore, the space price will increase with highest rate every year, sometimes you will get charged with nonsense amount that you did not involve such as trash volume, street maintenance, and the plumping. After five year of contract we decide to sell the house and find better place to live. It is the best decision I have ever made

I've never considered leaving in a trailer home park until this place. The inside of the home is a lot bigger than I expected. Guest parking and plenty of driveway room. 4 cars fit
