The mobile home I stayed at (mobile home no. 1) was absolutely awful. Cockroaches that would enter from some crevasse in the walls...mice constantly scratching as they ran about in the walls and ceiling...and the landlords didn't seem to do anything about it before I moved in. Not to mention, there's literally no ventilation except for the two windows.

I have family that has lived there for some time now. I visit them often. The community is friendly and quiet. The entire area is very clean.

It's a quiet community nice place to live after your retired. My grandma used to live there and everyone was so nice

Just heard that the manager is leaving us for another park soon. Sad :( He's been really good here. Wish he could stay until the park closes.
