Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Garden Grove

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Garden Grove for eight nights, visiting from Ireland. Overall, it was a good experience with some great positives, but a few disappointing aspects as well. Positives: The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel was super quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. Great location—about a 30-minute walk to Disneyland, with a bus picking up at the hotel every 30 mins The self-service shop was really handy for grabbing essentials. Negatives: Breakfast: Incredibly boring and repetitive. I gave up on it after three days, though my husband continued. More variety would be a huge improvement. Housekeeping: This was the biggest issue. The hotel claims rooms are cleaned every other day, but that wasn’t our experience. Our bedsheets were not changed once during our entire stay. We had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels, toilet paper, and coffee cups. One day, after requesting our room to be cleaned, the sheets were just thrown on the bed instead of properly made—it looked like a five-year-old had done it. Overall Rating: 7.5/10 The hotel has a lot of positives—great location, friendly staff, and quiet, spacious rooms. However, the lack of proper housekeeping and the uninspiring breakfast took away from the experience. If those areas were improved, this would be an excellent place to stay.

My family and I stayed at here for 3 days and 4 nights. I highly recommend! The hotel itself is very clean, the staff is friendly and very attentive. There is a lovely dining area for dinner and breakfast. The pool and hot tub area are well kept and very clean. Maryann was the service agent I spoke with about all our needs from towels to coffee and she made she we got those items within a timely manner. I think we had to wait about 5 minutes max for anything we needed. Our hotel room was great. Clean and comfortable. You can easily walk to the Disney parks within 15-20 mins. I know there is a bus or shuttle that you can purchases tickets for- but we didn't unitize that amenity. Its a nice quiet area, away from the hustle and Bussle of the Disney area which was very nice.

I stayed here with my family while going to Disneyland, it is a decent hotel and it is clean and the service is good. I just feel that when you're paying the amount of money they charge a night for a room you would get the free Continental breakfast instead of charging $20 for a breakfast that is worth maybe five bucks. The bed was my other only complaint it was very very uncomfortable in the pillows were horrible. The sheets on the bed were not even fitted sheets they were just a top sheet that kept coming off. I will try another hotel next time I'm down there going to Disneyland

We just spent 4 nights at the Hilton Garden Inn Anaheim/Garden Grove and could not be more delighted. The hotel is clean and they set us up with connecting rooms for my son and his family and my wife and I. All of the staff were super nice and helpful… all of them. Close enough to walk to Disney or there is a Disney shuttle stop right by the hotel. I highly recommend this property.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk staff to room service, to the people in the breakfast area were amazing, super helpful, very kind. When we were there, there was 3 large groups that checked in. They did an amazing time keeping all the breakfast items stocked up. It was very quite at night. I will definitely stay here again. Very convenient for our Disneyland trip. Room was large enough for our family and beds were comfortable. Oh and the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!!
