The room we stayed in was fixed up nice. Not the cleanest room I’ve been in though. Front desk did allow us to check our bags before check in which was nice. It took multiple calls to get anyone to answer before we checked in. Also be aware there is construction going on at the hotel and next door. The location is awesome though. I would stay there again.

Noisy and Dirty. This place has paper-like walls and ceilings. You can hear everything from neighbors talking to car traffic outside. First night, complained 3 times that people were roudy from 2-5am. Staff did nothing all 3 times. Said they knocked and no one answered. So they DONT ENFORCE QUIET TIME. Next day, switched rooms to get away from them. Was worse. room window (now just a steel plate) let in all noise, you could EVERYTHING outside. And then Of course, other neighbors were being almost as noisy. I could deal with the dirty rooms and bad service for the price (see other reviews), but not not the noise and staff doing nothing about it. do NOT come here, you're better off sleeping in your car. both rooms were not rennovated either.

You really need to replace those mattresses, bed frame and pillows. The bed was very squeaky and the bed/pillows made my neck/upperback hurt. Was expecting a beach front view when opening the curtain and windows, not someone’s backyard. There shouldn’t be a parking fee if we paid to stay there. It should already be included. I’ve stayed at several places and this is the only one that's charged a parking fee separately. The elevator took forever, longer than it should have for 1 floor that we were taking. There's is construction going on.

The location is perfect but the hotel is chaos! The staff are very poorly trained. The place has been a building site since 2022 but you only find this out when you arrive! Buildings working changing pipes over customers cars! Our rooms was dingy and dirty. Unclean windows with view overlooking a broken roof When we asked to change rooms we were told we had to pay an additional $300 for the same room with a tiny balcony! I'm sure this hotel has changed hands and the new owners have run it down I to the ground. Such a shame.. Happy to provide more details to individuals as needed.

Both stars go towards location only. Because there is nothing else good about this place. First room we walked into there was hair EVERYWHERE. Posted a pic of a clump in one area of the floor but there was hair in multiple areas on the floor and even hanging off of the nightstand. Sorry I’m a bit of a germaphobe and I inspect rooms before settling in. We requested room change and when we went to the new room there was hairs there too but not as much. We were only staying for one night and I didn’t want to move again so I just grabbed a small towel and used it as a swiffer to accumulate all hairs from floor. The desk lamp was gross and stained and the notepad on desk had maybe 3 pieces of paper only and it was dirty! (See pics for reference). The room looked like it was recently remodeled but unfinished, it was missing a dresser. Bed was not that comfortable either. Pillows are tiny but at least they give you multiple. There was loud construction going on in some rooms inside the hotel at night and then at sunrise the construction outside next door started. So did not get good sleep. There’s signs posted in hallways about construction but it’s dated 2022 and we’re at the end of 2024 so wonder if it’s been under construction for that long. The first floor hallway walls are covered like it’s still under construction. For the record, I’ve stayed in dingy cheap motels. But i feel deceived by this place. If it was advertised or priced like a motel then I would be ok with it. Because I would know what to expect. One thing they did well was hire a good website creator because when you go to their website you think you are going to stay at a fancy oceanfront resort. lol.
