Heartfelt Review for the OC Hotel I have stayed at the OC Hotel many times over the past two years while visiting Orange County, but my most recent experience moved me deeply and showed me the true meaning of humanity and compassion. On December 23rd, I found myself homeless due to years of domestic violence. When I checked in, my financial situation was limited, and I was unsure how I would manage. The staff at the OC Hotel not only welcomed me but went above and beyond to help me during one of the most difficult times of my life. They showed extraordinary kindness by waiving the retainer fee, ensuring I had enough money left for food. Their act of compassion didn’t just provide me with shelter; it gave me hope during a time when I needed it most. The staff’s humanity and kindness touched my heart profoundly and reminded me that compassion still exists in this world. The OC Hotel is not just a place to stay; it is a sanctuary of care and understanding. I will always be grateful for their generosity and the comfort they provided during such a challenging moment in my life. Thank you, OC Hotel, for being a beacon of kindness and showing me that even in the hardest times, good people are out there, willing to help. You are truly exceptional.

Friendly staff, good sized and clean room. Very low toilet, l am 191 cm tall. Bed is comfortable and l slept really well. Sound proofing could be better, both towards the outside and upstairs rooms.

I love this hotel! Amazing rooms 👏 Amazing customer service 👏 Awesome breakfast, and I love their coffee expresso machine. The coffee was the best. This hotel is so clean and smells AMAZING 😍 !!!! I will definitely be coming back in the future. I recommend coming to this hotel. 100% satisfied! Thank you 😊 🙏 💓

We arrived late on a Thursday night and the hotel was extremely accommodating. They verified our checkin time and someone was there waiting for us. Rooms were clean and quiet! Would highly reccomend for an affordable place to stay close to the beach!

I read the reviews of this hotel, and was intrigued because of everybody’s great experience. The manager. Jeel Welcomed us upon arrival. He was incredibly friendly and should teach lessons on how great customer service needs to be! He was wonderful he gave us wonderful suggestions to a local restaurant which we tried and was amazing, and gave us the lay of the land. He allowed us to check into our room a little earlier. Our room was beautiful, clean and remodeled! The rainforest shower is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed some time around the saltwater pool. Crystal clean and delightful! This property is very well-maintained! I will definitely be back!
