Don’t move here, wifi is absolute crap and many people have complained about it to the manager and nothing, keep in mind this has been going on for a decade now so yea stay away from this place

DONT BUY HERE! don't buy here! I can't stress enough the fact that if you buy a home here be ready to put up with some stupid request from Dottie the "manager". Management sucks, Dottie is a very unpleasant person to talk too! Also, she has this night manager that spends his nights towing cars from the guest parking, so you have to park somewhere out on the streets if you have more cars than what will fit in your driveway. It is senseless to not let residents use the guest parking at least during the night. This place is horrible! Like I said if you decide to live here be ready for the manager to walk your property from time to time and ask you to do things to your own home just because she sees then unfit. It's ridiculous! Save your money rent is not cheap here anyways and go somewhere else or you'll regret spending your hard earned dollars in this place.

My family and i have definitely had our fair share of problems living in this mobile home park for the past 11 years. If you buy or rent a home here be ready to put up with endless requests from Dottie the park manager. Dottie is a very unpleasant person to talk to and lacks professionalism and compassion for her residents. This place has been extremely stressful for not only my family, but many of my neighbors who share similar experiences. If you decide to live here be ready for Dottie and her workers to walk all throughout your property to take pictures of your home and parked cars so that they can ask you to do things to your home when she decides that they are unfit. We receive countless monthly letters of Inspection forms where Dottie gives a deadline and threatens to raise our rent or our livelihood at Plaza Village if we do not meet all that is asked to do (from our own pockets, of course). Save your time and energy. Many of my neighbors are deciding to move, including my family.

Manager is not equal to all home owner She dont want cars on the street but all her friends park in fron of her house (street) also she ask to clean the outside of house and she have a mess on the back of her house She have favoritism to people that give her gift. Always threat you whit the rent The place. Is good to live but the manger make a hell is your not part of her "friends" I will like to talk wit the owner

The manager is a b**** and the WiFi is slow in this area and there’s stup!d loud people at times and there’s an annoying train that passes in the morning with its loud train horn
