ALO艾瑞斯酒店

The hotel was pretty good. The bed was a little stiff but that’s not their fault, I just require an extra soft bed. The location was exceptional. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. That was my only complaint. Parking was great. We were two women traveling anlone and we were placed on the first floor. That was a little uncomfortable for us, but the hotel was pretty booked and we booked at the last minute, so I figure we can’t complain too much about that. Had we booked ahead I would have expected to be placed us on the second floor or above.

We are staying here for work. Definitely do not recommend this hotel. Upon check in we saw a condom from the previous occupants on the floor near the bed. Asked front desk to have housekeeping come and clean and remove it, we left for 4 hours and they DID NOT come. There was very loud construction happening in the room next door, all day long. They shut off the water without letting us know, and had it off for quite some time. The rooms are run down. The bed was stiff. Pillows were paper thin. Staff are rude, including management. The only positive is the location.

Our family had an excellent experience at ALO. The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, the pool and hot tub were clean. It was walking distance to the outlet mall and the ART line was so convenient to use right in front of the hotel. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

The hotel was very clean. Our room was nice and cozy. The location's good, too as it's just right off of the freeway. It is also close to many shops, restaurants, and other places, including Disneyland. The only thing I would comment on is the breakfast area, which is also the hotel's restaurant. It would be better if they added more tables, because we struggled to find a spot when we had breakfast. We were also told at the front desk that breakfast was until 9:30, but it actually varies. We didn't get to eat on our 3rd day because breakfast ends earlier on weekends, which we were not informed of. Also, it might not be a big deal, but I wish some of the staff smiled a bit more. Travelled to OC for company holiday party! This room was huge clean and the bed was comfortable. It even had a mini fridge and microwave. I almost wanted to stay longer to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The service was wonderful and inviting. The price and location were by far accommodating.
