Great location when visiting Disneyland! The public bus stop is right outside the hotel and costs $6/day. Also an easy drive to the beach to catch the beautiful sunsets. The hotel service is great! The front desk was so helpful with answering questions. The breakfast crew was very , and asked us each day how our previous day was. Housekeeping was great about tidying up our room everyday while we were out (which with so many places short-staffed these days, it was refreshing to come back to a clean room each evening! So appreciated!)

The people were super nice and it is conveniently located across from a Target with a CVS. Lovely view from out room The swimming pool was heated to a very comfortable temperature. The lobby level bathrooms were clean The towels were rough. It was the least comfortable hotel mattress I have slept on in a long time. The water pressure was low and the temperature was difficult to adjust. Definitely be careful about the hot water if you have children. The floors weren’t very clean. The perfume in the provided shampoo and conditioner is very strong. The parking was crazy. I think there was a work party at the hotel but I wasn’t sure we would find a spot.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly, location was good and not too far from Disney. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. Clean rooms but the toilet was blocked twice in our 3 nights stay so not great and the drain system needs some attention.

We had our wedding reception here and stayed a couple nights and it was an absolutely beautiful experience! I highly recommend this hotel for any event you may be planning. Cindy and her staff are top-notch and made the whole process seamless! Excellent food, beautiful banquet room, and outstanding service. The rooms are clean and modern and the beds are extremely comfortable...I didn't want to leave! I really liked having a 24 hour fitness center on property and a restaurant downstairs as well! Would DEFINITELY book here again!

I had the most stressful day the day that I checked in. Missed my flight and had to find a hotel and purchase a new flight for next day quickly. I walked in with just the clothes on my back and felt so defeated. Arthur was at the front desk and was so gracious as I told him about my day. He handed me a drink coupon with my room card and explained that he had granted me access to the VIP lounge until checkout. I couldn’t have been more appreciative! It was the first time all weekend I had felt seen and heard. My only wish is that I could’ve stayed longer!
