I'm shopping for a new place to live. Skandia is one of the most expensive parks in the area but I can't see why. It's location is just ok, nothing great. There's very little guest parking, the spaces aren't very wide, the park feels crowded.. AND it's age restricted. Not sure why anyone would move there now that they've changed ownership and raised prices so drastically. I feel bad for the folks trying to sell. $2300+ space rent for 55+ is just silly nonsense
