Staff has all been very nice. A good hotel for the price. The location is absolutely wonderful. Close to a lot of very good food and a walk to the pier and the little main strip. The breakfast is a normal complimentary breakfast. The pool and hot tub are neat in being partially outside but on the second floor.

The floors would benefit from a more thorough cleaning, as the carpets felt sticky, and walking barefoot was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, when my two young children used the jet tub, we noticed some black and rust particles coming from the jets, which raised some concerns about cleanliness. While the hotel may not meet the expectations of those looking for a more polished, luxury experience, it’s an ideal choice for travelers on a budget who don’t mind a few imperfections.

If you're sleeping here for a night it is a great option. Microwave in the room and it was quite cold but the heater kind of helped. For the price you can not complain unless you are high maintenance. The mattress was memory foam and their wifi is good. The service is very friendly and parking is nice/ easy. I didn't take pictures as there's already everything uploaded, but I do think ownership can take a white bucket of paint and do some touch ups. The walls are also a bit thin but hey so are mine at home!

Solid for a 3 star hotel. Hotels in LA are expensive in general, the carpets really need to be changed to something else as they were old and smelt. The beds were comfortable and not too much noise at night. Also please replace the shower heads with a rail shower.

A wonderful experience. We have been travelling across the US and for our final five nights we spent them in California. I searched online for a long time to choose a place that was not too expensive, but also a nice place to stay. We are a family of four and my wife is very fussy. It appears what I found is a true gem. The Pacific Inn is clean, well maintained and has every basic necessity required. The staff are super helpful and they couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast is nice and gluten-free options are available. There is a heated pool and even a hot tub. Laundry facilities are available. Don’t get me wrong, this is not a five star hotel. If you want to pay more for impersonal service, go for more expensive hotel. If you want to pay less and stay in a motel, do that. But here you get a mid-price hotel that is not too big but not too small and perfectly acceptable in every way. Now that I have found this hotel, I will be recommending it to my friends and I will definitely be coming back next year. Stop looking elsewhere and book this place! You won’t be disappointed.
