The Tides Laguna Beach

Our stay at the tides was wonderful. Pet friendly, affordable and charming. The King kitchenette room was spacious, bed was super comfy and A/C was so cold. A 5-10 min walk from the beach and food (highly recommend Asada Tacos). The only cons we experienced were the stomping from our upstairs neighbors and an occasional sulfur smell from the sinks. All in all, we would visit again.

For what this is – a renovated motel – it’s very good. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, very clean. Really appreciated the decent quality in-room coffee. Plumbing is old, as to be expected. Overall, good value in the local context

Best Hotel for the value, parking and convenience! The management showed true customer service! It was Extremely clean and comfortable….and the heated pool and fireplace was just right after a day of shopping and beach! They even wrote a hand written welcome note!

The Tides is a fabulous little hotel located within walking distance of Laguna Beach’s biggest attractions. I was absolutely delighted by how comfortable and clean the rooms were. The service was excellent— I appreciated how responsive the staff was to my inquiries before I arrived and how thorough the housekeeping was during my stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope I can be back again soon.

Stayed here for a few nights. The staff was so kind and had great recommendations ready! The rooms were clean and felt like staying in someone’s guest room, in the best way. Everything is within walking distance- beach, coffee, restaurants! Highly recommended staying here if you’re in search of a great place to rest your head!
