Great courses but virtually unplayable due to slow play and gross neglect by management. I’m a scratch golfer and have played these courses since 1996. The conditions in 2024 are way better than ever but you simply can’t get around in less than 6 hours. Sometimes 7, it’s absolutely insane. I’ve never seen a golf course with worse pace of play. No matter when I come there is always a guy in each group taking 3-5 practice swings then duffing the ball 20 yards each time. And there is his idiotic buddy giving him lessons. These yahoos need to be confined to the driving range. It boggles my mind how slow this place is even with the Marshalls. It’s like every bad golfer who has never touched a club decides there gonna play golf and they come here with zero understanding of pace of play and/or etiquette. It’s the courses job to maintain pace of play, do a better job! Kudos to the superintendent, the conditions are exceptional but it’s all a waste because I don’t think I’ll ever come back unless I’m the first tee time of the day.

Both courses are always over stacked and there isn’t enough space in between tee times. I didn’t tee off until 40 minutes after my scheduled tee time. Also they let 5 sums play, be warned if you play hear you will wait every hole and it will probably take you a minimum of 5 hours to finish. It’s a shame because it’s been this way for years haven’t played here for a while and nothing has changed. They care more about the money than spacing tee times out.

Worst golf experience ever. Set a tee time the week before and reserved two sets of clubs. When we checked in we were told they didn't have clubs for us. They cobbled together two sets which, based on their condition, age and hodgepodge of brands, I can only assume came from the lost and found. We had a tee time of 11:00. We sat at the tee box until 11:45 without having our group called. We asked the marshal how much longer and he said he'd been calling our group, which was an outright lie. We had 4 people sitting, waiting and listening. We were never called over the loud speaker, nor by the marshal. We had to wait about 15 minutes at every hole from 1-9 and then about 20 minutes on holes 10-12 because another group decided they were going to cut-in. We left at 4:00 pm after playing 12 holes. Additionally: -the men's locker room and restroom smelled like a sewage treatment facility. - they sell drinks and ice but don't have coolers on the carts. Yet, they prohibit golfers from bringing their own coolers. The course seemed nice and well-kept but it was hard to enjoy.

The past few times I’ve been to this course it went smoothly. This past Presidents’ Day holiday was one of the worst and we had to quit after 3 hours for 9 holes. I know some people who know the starter and they can get on here without tee times. It seems like on this holiday Monday they either severely overbooked or the starter made a ton of money on the side. Tee time was 1127 and we didn’t get out till past noon. It was waiting on every shot and every hole. We even saw some guys driving up to green and not using the cart path. Handicap people can do that but these guys were not handicap. No Marshall enforcing anything.

I played on the Los Lagos course. Usually there are quite many people and slow during the weekends. Fairways are long and greens are fast. Since each hole is right next to each other, you should alway watch out the balls.
