The manager Monique is unprofessional, extremely rude and disrespectful and has no business being a manager of anything. She has discriminated against multiple people living in the park who are primarily Spanish speaking with very little understanding of English. She has made racist comments and has also knowingly falsified reports about supposed rules that were broken when they weren’t broken and she was just retaliating trying to get certain people who live in the parks rent to increase over paperwork she knew they didn’t fully understand as well and she would come up with new problems that were never an issue with previous management. She seems to enjoy exerting control in unethical and cruel ways and smiling and laughing while also raising rent for no apparent reason as a form of retaliation only on certain residents.

Monique the manager. Worst customer service over the phone on a simple question. If you don’t like your job, just quit. I also have video evidence of me trying several times to go to the office after work before they close, and she closes before the posted time. Unacceptable. I can add the footage if you need me to provide it.

Nice mobile home park. Clean and easy to get in and out of. Heated pool with jacuzzi. Gym area. Recreation room for get together.

I said nevermind association fees they do not stay at the same price you can't rent out a room or rent out the whole mobile home I see most of these mobile home they don't even fix him up and they're charging a lot on fees same with the townhomes
