I’ve been staying at this hotel regularly, and the Assistant Supervisor of Housekeeping always goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. A true jack of all trades, he handles everything with professionalism, efficiency, and a friendly attitude. No task is too big or small, and his dedication to cleanliness and guest satisfaction is unmatched. It’s always a pleasure to see someone who takes such pride in their work. Highly recommend his service!

This is a really nice hotel. Highlights are a large room, kitchenette, walk in shower, lots of storage space, and a really comfortable bed. We booked a standard one queen bed room. It has a sofa sleeper and a curtain to decide the room for sleeping. Location is right off 122 highway, a ways from Disneyland. But if you want a quieter hotel, cheaper, and more space this is a great option. The staff were very nice.

Not a Hotel, More Like a Motel - Poor Service and Hygiene I stayed at this place for 11 nights, and I must say, it felt more like a motel than a hotel based on their service. The room was full of germs, and I got sick after just a few days. Attached is a picture showing mold and germs building up on the sink. The AC unit had a very dirty filter, which seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for months. I informed the front desk to replace the filter immediately, and the maintenance guy acknowledged that it was indeed old and dirty. Room service is a hoax. Despite the sign in the room stating that room service is provided every other day, I only received one full service during my entire 11-night stay. The administration claimed that full service is provided every three days, but this is clearly not true. They advertise a full kitchen, but there’s no exhaust, making it impractical to use. Overall, I would recommend staying away from this motel if you can.

It was great! Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The proximity to Disneyland and all the good food was ideal. The free breakfast was an awesome grab and go to get a head start at Disney. The tea and hot chocolate was readily available at any time!

Had to evacuate here, and the front desk let us check in early and let us be flexible with our reservation as things were changing all the time. The rooms were new and clean, the elevators worked, and there was a special area to walk our dog. We have a lot of dietary restrictions in our group, but still found things to eat at the free breakfast, which is rare, so that was nice. The sheets could have used some softener, but overall very nice place to stay. and for the area: I went to college in OC but hadn't spent time in Garden Grove. We found nice restaurants in the area, and a nice park for the dog. It's near the freeway I needed to take to work. overall, very good experience. Thanks!
