REVIEWS
We shared multiple hotels for our Disneyland stay on Nov 19 and stayed for 2 nights on a king deluxe room, it was comfortable, clean and spacious. The room itself was worth the value for this hotel and we would stay there again, however, we would need to lower our expectations for the fitness room which was really dirty, dusty, not maintained at all and no towels or cleaners around. The breakfast was another letdown, the eggs were watery, old bruised fruit, pancakes raw, sausage discolored. The hotel is about 3 miles from the park which is great, especially if you take the freeway which is right next to the hotel. Otherwise is about 10min drive on Harbor Ave. In comparing other hotels around the same type, this one offered the best value and comfortable rooms.

I’ve never left a review for a hotel but this one definitely warrants it. Upon arrival we had to wait about ten minutes to check in bc there was no one at the front desk. No service bell to get their attention either. One night around 8pm I saw someone enter the building and steal food from their small store in the lobby because there was no one at the front desk. At first the room seems nice but upon closer inspection it is so dirty. There is an infestation of ants in the bathroom and I’m sure the rest of the room as well. Mold in the bathrooms. Stains on the towels. Dirty walls and so dusty everywhere. This hotel needs a major makeover

It was a good location. But a dated venue and quite pricey for the standard of hotel. Stayed in January 2025 Pros: • It was close to Disney and Anaheim Convention Center. • Big parking lot for car. • The room size was big. Cons: • Rooms were old. • Mould was painted over. • Air con was loud. • Linen was stained. • Towels were old and stained. • Shower was odd. When switching from tap, the tap still ran so water filled up the bath. • TV was old. • Phone in room was old. • Hair dryer was travel-sized. • Photos online looked better than the reality. • Walls and ceiling were incredibly thin, and you could hear voices and footsteps above, running water, and flushing toilets. • Hard to relax and sleep.

Very satisfied with my experience For 200 a night for a king bed, 50 deposit and 5 for parking (behind a locked gate). The peace of mind for my car's safety was the most important part of my stay Room was clean, free breakfast was fine, yada yada. This is expected and it was provided. Would gladly come back.

Stayed for a week with a friend, first time in US. The best part about the stay was the team, Debbie, Barooq, Christian and Martin were excellent giving us tips on where to eat, visit, nothing was ever too hard a request for them, and they were always up to assist. Will definitely come back one day, thank you! Highly Recommend!
