The welcome from both the front desk person and the General Manager was very rude. Their "Policy of having a Policy for Check-in and Policy or Payment" was the most unwelcoming I have had anywhere. I now also have created a Policy of never returning to a hotel that makes me feel bad. The GM invited me to find another hotel if I did not like and accept their Policies. But, hopefully your experience will be better than mine.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called and asked if I could have a late check in because my flight got in late I was told that it would be ok and to give booking number. I get to the hotel and this lady (the auditor I guess) was extremely rude. Kept cutting me off when I was asking questions, talking over me, and then hung up on me when I told her that she keeps cutting me off. So I had to cancel and search for another hotel. Or I’d have to sleep in my car. Oh and no refunds.

We stayed here for a few days. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is close to restaurants, shopping centers, Disney and Knotts amusement parks. The 22 freeway is right next to the hotel providing easy access. We didn’t like the amount of homeless and sketchy looking people in the area(mainly around Arco gas station). Orange County has had an obvious increase in homeless people since the previous time we stayed here 2 years ago. Overall 4/5

I've stayed in this hotel at least five times, and the last time, which was today, they told me I had to pay $7 for parking. When I complained about why I was being charged since I've been there so many times and they never charged me before, she said it was their policy. When I checked my credit card bank statement, I saw that it was correct, but they never told me before and they were charging me (when you give them the credit card for a security deposit). Also, when I wanted to check out, I waited for almost 20 minutes, and I was in a rush. When the lady came back, she said, "Why are you keeping ringing the bell and calling me!" instead of apologizing to me for waiting so long. Poor customer service!

Rooms are highly charged but doesn't have good amenities. First room was completely broken and then we got a replacement room. Equipments, furniture were dirty and filthy. Staff was supportive. Though check in is at 3 PM, they heavily extra charged us for checking out at 1 pm.
