I worked with Ed Sanborn to get lodging at a government rate for a 15 week school. Ed was very helpful and answered any questions which I had. Additionally, the process was very easy over email and over the phone. Any concerns I had during and after my stay pertaining to the lodging, as well as payment/receipts inquires, received help promptly. I high recommend Per Diem Lodging to other military members! This was my fourth time working with Ed Sanborn at Per Diem Lodging and he has always booked great stays within the military rate no matter the location! It is comforting knowing he is there to assist in booking--he even gives recommendation emails for things to do on the weekends. 100% recommend.

I'm not sure why this place isn't listed on DTS as an option, but this place is awesome! Clean living space, with a washer/dryer in the unit, a kitchen with all the needed appliances and a nice balcony overlooking the bay. You can't go wrong. Booking was a little bit "sketchy" but once Ed called me, I felt reassured that this was a legit business. You can't go wrong booking a stay here!!! Thanks Ed!!!

Ed, the president, was incredibly helpful in my transition period to a temporary duty station. Not only did he give me incredible help and advice, but also followed up with me throughout the process to keep me informed and to answer any questions I had. He was respectful and patient when I did not understand something. With this being my first move, he reassured me of my concerns and gave me the confidence to start my next step with assurance and excitement. From just one conversation with Ed, I could tell he was incredibly knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about. If I could give him 6 stars, I would.
