I didn't feel safe there. First of all, a "No Prostitution" sign is by the window. The curtains didn't shut all the way, so I just stayed in the dark. There was no inside lock to prevent anyone who had a key from coming in. I would have left, but I was too tired. Also, my room was on the 2nd level with no elevator, there was no place to plug in cell phones, & although there was a tub, there was no tub spout or shower door, so water got on the floor. I didn't see that at first because I didn't turn on the light. On the plus side, it was clean.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! This place is a joke!!!! First of all they gave me a room that was occupied by a sleeping weirdo who obviously lived there. Then the kept $25 dollars of my deposit because I used it to wash my makeup off and they don't know how to do laundry. But wait there is more!!! I called asking when the rest of my deposit ($75) was going to be refunded and she said she did it. It has now been almost a month and nothing has been refunded. I called just now to ask what was going on and she said I'll send you a picture of the refund. I said no thank you I want my money. It has not hit my bank account and she was like too bad I did the refund and offered no help to figure out why it wasn't actually refunded to my account.

Stay anywhere but here! There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling because it had no exhaust fan so there was mold and a the paint was hanging off the ceiling. If you walk in the bathroom after you take a shower the water just drips on your head. This place deserves zero stars it was disgusting. They also charge you an extra $100 security deposit that they do not tell you about until you are checking in.

Everything was really great, until the landscaping crew and guy running a leaf blower started at 8am. Not cool after a late night. The primary purpose of renting a hotel room is to sleep. Guess I'm cheated out of two hours of sleep that I thought I had paid for today. Not happy, at all. As a professional driver, having just driven 12 hrs, and going on to work again today, my sleep is important for the safety of both myself and others. The rooms are clean and modern, the bed comfortable. I was grateful for the presentation of it all. But, again, the reason for the room is to sleep. I was really counting on the other two hours today.

This AMAZING CUTE AND BEAUTIFULLY OPERATED business was the highlight of an experience for a couple who has lost a child from cancer and needed to see the ocean once in their lifetime. I highly recommend staying here! To the Mr and Mrs who helped us.... thank you so very much for making our trip amazing! God Bless
