Had business conference here. Room layout was nice. Size was perfect for our gathering of just a couple hundred people. I did not stay at this hotel because the price was significantly higher than others with similar amenities in the area. Walkable venues adjacent to the hotel with art focus. Whole area is so darn car centric it really detracts from everything else.

Amazingly located if you have a dog or kids (free museums, parks and indoor malls in short walking distance). The service here was FANTASTIC - staff are super professional, upbeat and happy to help. The facilities and rooms are great. I'll be honest, I was expecting far far less for the price of the rooms; I will definitely seek out Westin stays in the future if this experience is at all representative of what I can expect at other locations.

Great spot to stay and hang out. I love that there are restaurants and bars close enough to walk to or Uber if you are going to meet up with any friends. There are lots of things to do nearby, I was not able to check out the museum but will check it out next time. Had an early dinner which was healthy and filling, with meatballs with rice, and then a Mediterranean bowl.

After another hotel messing up our large group room block, The Westin stepped in and took us over. I honestly like the Westin more than our original booking. The hotel is gorgeous. The holiday decor was outstanding. The staff makes you feel very welcomed and at home. I will now only stay there when travelling to the greater Irvine area.

Nice hotel, beautiful design, professional service. Great housekeeping service, very helpful. Front office staff, valet parking, and doorman were professional. Our room is roomy with a nice view The gym area has enough equipment that looks over the pool area. Nice lobby bar with fountain outdoor. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right across the street from the South Coast Plaza shopping mall. There are 2 high-end restaurants next to the hotel: Cava Spanish restaurant and Water Grill seafood restaurant
