Vagabond Inn Costa Mesa
REVIEWS
The room was not so clean. The floor was filthy and it was difficult to bare with it thinking the blankets were filthy if the floor were. The heater did not function at all only the cool AC. Otherwise the service was good and the room was comfy enough to enjoy quietly.

The hair dryer was inoperable, the coffeemaker didn't work, the TV didn't even work. The only redeeming amenity was the hot tub. The room was dirty and had roaches, the fridge was even leaking. I did only pay $370 for 4 nights tho, so I guess I should have known for how cheap it was. My RV had a dead battery when we checked out, so I left it overnight until I could put a new battery in the next day. Right after work I headed there to handle it, and manager came banging on my rv door while I was in the bathroom, thank god I had it locked with a chain lock as well because he tried to pull open my door with my dog in here, even though there was a sign that says beware of dog. When I came out the manager started screaming at me in front of everyone there. I was literally just putting in a new battery to get my RV gone, but he didn't care he continued to scream at me, KNOWING, I just dropped a bunch of money to stay here. If you want a comfortable and safe staycation or even just vacation, I wouldn't reccomend this place to anyone.

The room in the back was ok and I give it 2 stars because the housekeeper was doing her job with the room getting cleaned everyday . The most inconvenient thing about it is how the power outlets get knocked out for no reason as if the fuse boxes blow out occasionally . The outlet for the microwave and the fridge was knocked out today making it hard to store and warm food . There is no control setting for the air conditioning and it can be turned on by flicking off the switch on the wall . I turned it on but it was not loud enough to cool off the room .

Nothing good to say. It was storming and I had like 20 mins to find a place before it got bad. It was too cold to sleep n my car I thought then it was super cold n the room . I couldn't sleep the bed was terible so uncomfortable I tossed all night . The hotel manager was rude as it gets. The wifi does not work. Even for 85$ I am so disappointed. Only good thing Is it had a microwave and fridge. No heat tho.also has windows that open the whole so even more cold. It right off the hwy Nd not by the beach. By and n an out that stays packed.

Good clean rooms, nice comfortable bed. Rooms have fridge, micro & coffee maker ๐ Easy and polite check-in. The pool area is excellent ๐really large, clean pool, with plenty of comfortable padded sun loungers and tables & chairs. It's really central to loads of popular eating chains, 2 or 3 only minutes walk. Excellent value hotel ๐๐
