I would strongly suggest against staying at this hotel because of a series of unfortunate experiences I had during my stay. Firstly, the room was infested with bed bugs, which led to numerous bites. Despite raising this issue with the management, they outright denied the presence of bed bugs and refused to offer us a refund or any compensation for our troubles. They rejected the bed bugs, and we have been ghosted by management. To make matters worse, we had to discard a significant amount of our belongings due to the infestation. When we asked to use the hotel's washers to clean the remaining items, they had no change available in the middle of the night and refused to help us out in this dire situation. The manager was exceptionally rude and unprofessional throughout the ordeal. After much pleading, we were finally given a new room, a temporary solution to a broader problem. We lost out on the money we paid them, as well as a lot of stuff, and I had to get treated at the doctor for how many bites I got!!! In summary, the hotel's poor hygiene standards, lack of accountability, and unprofessional staff make it a place to avoid. The breakfast is horrible; the rooms are not clean, the water pressure is awful goes hot to cold without warning, Please SAVE yourself the headache and find somewhere else to stay.

Awful dump. Don't stay here. It was dirty and cheap and gross. Furniture all misplaced in the room, mismatched paint on the wall, fridge/freezer made noises all night which kept us up, dirty, old furniture piled in the parking lot. There is no breakfast provided like the listing says, just snacks and they guard the door so you won't walk out with a banana. Absolutely awful place - never, ever again!

This hotel is better than we expected for the great low price. They have free parking and nice welcoming customer service. The hotel in general is small and old, but does have some surprising amenities (heated pool, breakfast, pay laundry). The major improvement needed is with the shower - it is fitted with a bench for handicapped, but the main letdown is the low pressure of the shower water. The bathroom is extra large in general and hallway and sink area suffers by being small and tighter in comparison. But overall, the location and price make this a happy secret spot to remember.

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I was told a roll a way bed wouldn't fit in a standard room and was given an upgrade to a suite that had 3 queen beds, one of them in a private bedroom for not much more than I would have paid for the roll away, I was happy about that! She also said in the future if I called them directly I could get a better room rate. The location was good, a couple blocks to Toy Story Disney parking lot where you could catch the shuttle for free rather than paying $6 a day for the ART, but the ART did stop near front of motel about every 30 mins. There is a little market in motel parking lot that was great for ice cream, snacks, milk, bread, souvenirs, just about anything you would need. If you want the meger breakfast they serve you better get there before 9am as they start packing up a minute before then and you are out of luck after that! They charge 25 cents per little bucket of ice, disappointing. The rooms are dated, but clean for the most part, except for the floors! No carpet and your feet turned black instantly if you walked barefoot on them, very gross! Our stay met our needs, but there are nicer places near by so not sure if I would stay there again.

You get what you pay for. I feel I got what I paid for. I received no disturbance, no outside noise, no sirens, surprisingly. The room was spacious and clean. The shower water was hot. The mini fridge kept my liquids cold. One downside, but luckily, I brought a big warm blanket is that they do not provide a blanket. Overall, if you need to save money, this is the spot.
