DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Anaheim Resort - Convention Center

A great customer service representative can make all the difference in the same facility—unlike those who fall short. I’m giving Antonio, at registration, a well-deserved five-star review for completely turning my experience around. He was understanding, accommodating, and genuinely friendly, making my visit a positive one. I had been waiting for a room for 2 hours (understanding that I got there way before check in); however, I could tell that the gentleman that took care of me before had no intention to help. Long story short, one of my colleagues got to the hotel 2 hours after me and told me that they did give her a room. So Antonio have me a room just a minute after the other one told me they did not have any (same story for the last 2 hours). He said that since housekeeping finishes at 4 pm, he has no way of knowing when rooms are ready. If you travel every weekend for work, you know this is not true Thank you Antonio for taking care of the customers with empathy and with the right attitude.

The rooms are pretty outdated. The couch is old, dingy, and worn. The color scheme in the rooms are that dark brown, red, yellow, green that looks straight out of Ross circa 2009. The bathroom tiles are gray and dirty. The linen was clean. The lobby seemed updated though. The location to Disney is fine. A decent walk.

I just want to say thank you to two of your staff who helped us out during training. They took care with food & snacks throughout our day. Thank you Cynthia for just doing an amazing job. She continued to watch over us and ask us if we needed anything. Saw that I didn’t eat my whole food offered if I wanted my meat well done. Ernesto also was very kind and helpful. We still have two more days of training and I know they will continue to be amazing. I also want to make sure to let others know about got beautiful this hole is. If you need to have a meeting someplace, I suggest this Hilton Suites in Anaheim. P.S. the chef has been magnificent on cooking is great lunch. Thank you, thank you!

We stayed here for 2 days, upon checking in they give you a complimentary cookies which they ask first if anyone is allergic to nuts, I said no, because I did not know I was allergic to walnuts. (My whole face was swollen after taking a few bites, learned something new about myself ).This could be avoided if they just serve regular cookies without nuts! Sunday morning around 9:00, a house keeper kept knocking and before I can even get out of the bed, she opened the door and closed it after seeing we were still asleep. Ruined my day!!!! Bed is not the most comfortable, but room itself is very clean. Front desk associate was nice, overall hotel cleanliness is a 10. The nut allergy and the maidens , made the hotel a 1 star for me.

We stayed here on 2/2-2/3 because of a flight cancelled. This hotel is very outdated and needs a remodeling from the walls, TV, and showers. But it was worth to stay a quick night but wouldn’t stay here for a long vacation. Service at the front desk was good!
