Courtyard Anaheim Resort/Convention Center

I had a nice stay! It was literally 10 minutes away from Disneyland, which was perfect for me, because I like to sleep in during my vacation but still made it to the happiest place on earth at a decent time! The room was clean and spacious. One negative is the first room I checked into was an ADA room that came with a modified bathroom, meaning no counter space at all. I quickly went to the front desk to ask for a room change and the agent accommodated immediately. Parking was easy. I booked a package that included free parking during the stay and with the gated lot, I know that my car would be safe within the premise. P.S. I love the Christmas decorations at the lobby! Oh, and they also have a pin trading board if you are interested!

I just stayed here with my wife and three kids on a quick weekend Disneyland trip and we LOVED this hotel. The room was super clean, beds were comfortable and the separate sleeping quarters for the kids with the bunk bed and pull out bed was perfect for us. The Bistro was such a pleasant surprise - we ordered a kid chicken strip meal the first night and couldn't believe it was only $7.50! The continental breakfast was one of the best values I've seen at a hotel, especially one near Disneyland. A bottled juice (or tea or coffee), muffin, yogurt and piece of fruit was the perfect grab and go breakfast when you're wanting to get out quickly and get to the parks. We walked to the Toy Story parking lot which was about a 10 minute walk. It saved some time going through security there and getting to skip security at the gate. We've stayed at 6 different hotels including Pixar Place and this is definitely our new go-to! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was in town for (3) nights for a large trade show. I ate all (3) evening meals at the Bistro restaurant in the lobby. Robert was phenomenal at his job running the bar and taking care of customers. Very professional. He handled the pressure of the rush of people from the trade show and was polite to everyone. I watched him handle (3) drink orders, didn’t write anything down and got them all correct. He represents your company well. EZ was the cook for all (3) meals. Food was fresh, delicious and served quickly. Hence why ate all (3) dinners at the Bistro. He was a one man show and kept the food orders flowing, tables cleaned and I’m sure numerous other tasks. The (2) are a great team!

Decent Hotel, Decent Location, Decent Value, but next time, I probably won't stay here. This hotel is really nothing special, but it gets the job done at a decent value. It's a little over a mile away from the Disney park's entrance so about a 20-25 minute walk, which might be a little rough if you've been walking around the park all day, or if you have small children with you. The hotel itself is nice enough, rooms are fairly spacious, a little lacking in storage, but fairly contemporary in styling, and fairly well maintained. However, it's kind of loud in these rooms! They dont seem to have any soundproofing at all. We could hear lots of hallway noise, as well as noise from the room above and next to ours. Also, the bathroom could use some improvement. There is no exhaust fan, which I think is pretty important. The lighting in the bathroom is also kind of annoying, the only light is on an automatic motion, walking into the bathroom in the middle of the night results in an instant and very bright awakening as the light turns on as soon as you open the door. I could not figure out how to disable the motion sensor. A regular light switch would have been a better option. As far as room rates go, you can find hotels for almost the same price much closer to the park (like right across the street), but in my experience those hotels are much older, the rooms are smaller, not as up-to-date (if you care about that kind of thing) and maybe not as clean. There was ample parking, and all of my interactions with hotel staff were positive, everyone is kind and helpful. All that being said, next time I go to the parks, I will probably opt for a hotel that is closer to the entrance, as I usually spend most of my time at the park, and not in the hotel room.

The hotel is super clean and conveniently located down the road from Disney. Shad welcomed us and was professional and courteous and just handled everything with ease and kindness. We are already having a great stay. Highly recommend!
