Cortona Inn and Suites Anaheim Resort

I originally chose this location because it was the cheapest option of the "Good Neighbors" Disney hotels and it was close to the park. I ended up using Lyft instead of walking 20ish minutes because it was so cheap (between $3 and $8 most times). The breakfast was delicious and filling, and the gift shop inside the hotel was a cute touch. I also chose this hotel because of the hot tub, which was closed (drained) but thankfully we were able to use the neighboring hotel's pool. Aside from a (human) pest harassing me in the hot tub, my stay was excellent and I would stay here again.

I love having a separate space for the kids. That's not common but a very nice touch. Breakfast kinda sucks. Very very sparse options. Nice to be close to Disneyland.

Hotel is in a great location for those visiting Disney or the Convention center. However this feels more a motel than a hotel due to the rooms facing the parking lot. Room looked outdated and had a musty/moldy smell. When I got back home I had to wash even my unused clothes because they just smelled moldy. Beds were squeaky, and the door handle was loose. Breakfast was very very simple, just sausage, premade egg patties, bread, cereal, coffee. Staff was friendly and attentive. There is a small souvenir store in the lobby. Overall, would I recommend this place? probably not unless you have no other option.

To start with the positives, the location is great. We stayed here for our trip to Disneyland and we were able to walk to and from the park very easily. The people at the front desk were very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the room itself, the kids bunk bed suite, (room 139) was probably one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I don’t usually write negative reviews but the room was so bad we decided to eat the cost of our second night and go home early rather than stay in that room one more night. The walls were dirty, the floor was dirty, and the sheets had questionable stains on them. Some of the lights didn’t work, and some of the electrical ports didn’t work. The absolute worst part though was that the room smelled strongly of urine. I don’t know how the hotel housekeeping could enter that room and think that it was acceptable to smell that way for their guests. I notified the front desk of these issues and they said they would forward them to management. Our room was on the bottom floor right next to the pool and the parking lot so it was very loud and lots of people honking their horns and loudly talking late at night. We didn’t get much sleep the first night because of this. The breakfast was pretty basic and limited.

Went here for a Disneyland visit. Rooms were clean. You can tell it's an older hotel with some modern touches here and there. Staff was friendly and location was perfect walk to the parks. Went with little ones so it did take us 20 minutes to walk 😅.Definitely bring a stroller. I just wish their breakfast was a little more quality. Very basic. Would prefer actual cutlery and plates over the cheap disposable ones provided.
