Just got done with a 4 night stay. This is our go to hotel for Disneyland as its pretty easy walk to the park. Overall the rooms are clean, the service is great and the location is perfect. The included breakfast is great as to not have to worry about that meal each day. This particular trip was made special by an upgrade from Verenice. Got a family suite with bunk beds on the top floor which was great....thanks again Verenice!

Well staying here in the cold was amazing great service and hospitality also. Think that the breakfast was amazing totally coming back and I had a great time most definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area highly recommended for business also traveling individual and luxury family now just relax and collect some points enjoy free nights and stay a couple more nights on rewards no problem I love the rewards and it feels great thank you :)

This Hyatt is clean and mostly what I expected. My husband and I have found it a bit noisy with all the kids in the hotel. Makes it hard to sleep sometimes with the doors slamming. Staying on the top floor might be best because you won't have feet clamoring above you. Maid service is not daily unless you ask for it. Plugs by the bed didn't work in our room. Breakfast was good. Very crowded. We had to sit in an overflow room. On the bright side, some of the front desk people are very nice. Parking is $30/day.

My family and I stayed here to be close to Disneyland, and it was a fantastic choice. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, and while the AC was a bit noisy, using a sound machine helped us sleep comfortably. The location is within easy walking distance of Disneyland, which made our trip even more convenient. We’ll definitely be back!

Pros: very clean room, non-carpeted floor, very nice/friendly staff, plentiful breakfast (though very basic, cheap food as expected), 5 min. walk to the Disneyland shuttle in the Toy story parking lot. Cons: Pull-out sofa bed was the worst. I found my son sleeping in the bathtub in the middle of the night because he said it was more comfortable than the sofa bed. Worst shower too; it needs to be replaced. I would stay again if I were going to Disneyland but not use the sofabed.
