No one should stay here. There are bunk beds and just a bunch of people allowed to be in different rooms in someone’s trailer. You can’t lock the front door either.

This is inside a MobileHome park. I am sure that's not allowed. you cannot rent out your space to a third party. it's against park policy. the manager has been alerted.
