Great place for senior residents. There is a nice size club house with stage and piano. Crystal clear pool and jacuzzi.

Good place for first time home buyers. Trailers for sale had lots of room inside. Only downside was not alot of privacy outside.

Finally things are changing in the park for the better. New management and a listening ear to the residents.

Lived here for 12 years. My neighbors were great but the park in general was like a gestapo. The management was inept from the day I moved in to the day I moved out. Ruled by intimidation and immaturity. Some of the antics they pull border on elder abuse. This place needs a good class action law suit.

it is simply horrendous that the owner has discontinued his traditional Thanksgiving dinner for residents. How sad for the seniors who are now denied a wonderful meal when they may not have another alternative. The guy makes a fortune on rents and certainly doesn’t spend it upgrading his clubhouse.. that is a sad outdated mess. This is the least he could do
