Well kept, nice looking community. As a 55+ only community, there's virtually no activity seen during the daytime probably due to the heat. I can't say what it's like at night since I only visit during the daytime. But I imagine it won't be terribly busy either since there's no children or young adults here. The people I did see are friendly and waved to me as I drove around the park.

Lived there seven years and had some wonderful neighbors. New management came on a few years ago and have a long list of new rules that are completely arbitrary - definitely geared to a select few and favoritism abounds. Rents keep going up with no improvement in outdated electric or amenities. When I moved there, it was a community but now it's more of a prison. It's not the onsite managers but the management company who are ruining the community. On the plus side, it's fairly safe and affordable.

Lived there about six years. Nice neighbors. No park improvements for tenants. Electricity frequently out. Rules excessive and bendable for some. Reached point where sold to get out of park.
