The managers here are horrible people! Martin and Sandra are very unprofessional and need to get off their high horse. I had to call the police on Martin this evening after he purposely locked me out of the laundry room as I was walking right behind him. I had to walk to his unit to ask him to please unlock the door so I could get my clothes out. He wanted to tell me the park rules even tho it was contrary to what actually happens everyday in the park. This man has harassed my family and other tenants here before. The like to be intimidating instead of showing compassion towards their tenants. They even had their young daughter outside yelling at me like she was the manager. It was all just so very unprofessional!!! Even the police could see how nasty these poeople can be. It could all have been avoided if he just let me get my clothes out.These managers need to be replaced!!!

Really nice place to live. Requires common sense and good decency, if you meet all these standard, then management is cool. I wish they have exercise machine, then it a 5 stars. Ohhh and pool only open in summer, bummer.

Very rude management (both the husband and the wife). Especially rude to new families in the park. The husband told us to hang our dog because it barked at him. Nitpicking every little detail about the house and made it difficult for you to buy/sell a house. Only after the previous owner bribed them some money that they were willing to let him sell the house. After you got in, they will pay extra attention to you and police your family to the point of creepiness.
