I want tell everyone don't waste money for this motel.everything so horrible. Mostly the male staff very dumb he not let me back to the room to get my stuff when he kick me out at 4am.because he did steal my expensive watch.,room small without microwave, fridge.if your room up to the 3rd floor you will so tired to bring your stuff up cause no elevator. Hope fully the owner see all review and fire the male staff.im felt so vandalize to lost my expensive watch .

Been here a little over a week have paid quite a bit of money. My boyfriend surprised me with my dad in town. Night desk staff called not even 5 min of him walking in the door , told me he had to leave refused to listen to anything I was saying threatened to call PD and refused to let me rent my dad a room when I went to the office to speak with him. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. Customer service is horrible.

It was crazy stay. They got cameras everywhere the employees who work there can have better additude. If you have someone drive In and goes to your room the office calls your room and says " who ever comes in the room and threatened by office to call the cops if they don't leave. But the renters can walk around the inn trying to open doors trying to get in the room

These are very simple rooms, no refrigerator, no microwave no bathroom fan. You can’t spend anytime outside in the parking lot after it gets dark outside or the staff will kick you off the property, the staff doesn’t know how to program a key to unlock a room so be sure not to miss the checkout and they refuse to work with customers as soon as they take your money. This was my first and will be my last time to ever stay at this motel because of poor customer service and lack of cooperating with customers.

I been to this place 4 days a week for about 2 months straight ( the reason im been there so much is because i really enjoy my privacy with my boyfriend), their service are great , room are very well done as well and the price are reasonable . Everything is great until one day they double charge us for the room that we already paid for and did not inform us at all , i figured it out on my own and have to called them for a refund , they said it was a mistake and refunded us , right after that they immediately charge us again the same amount . Called the manager he said “ you can call the cops and anything but there is nothing i can do” . I then have to call my bank , come to find out i lost 285 dollar from them and my bank is now doing fraud claim on them .( sorry for the long paragraph)
