From inside the rooms, you could hear everything so if you're a light sleeper I don't recommend this place. Also, I had to fix the TV it wasn't working. It's just a light sheet and thin bedding cover so if u need warmth don't rely on a heater either it blew cool air and the fan inside the bathroom made a lot of noise. The location was great. After 10 pm be ready to pay extra it was not stated on booking.com.

The hotel is rated all stars per its price point. It is an excellent location. A short 2 block walk to the beach, next to local eateries and anything you could need within the mile stretch to the south. Under two miles away from a large grocery store which is a straight shot on the road that it is located on. It is located on the main road, but road noise is minimal, and both the days and nights are quiet. The staffing is very hospitable and do an excellent job of keeping both the rooms and the grounds clean. All around a great stay, as a traveling author I was able to get writing done, visit the beach daily for meditation and the gym was just a mile away. Making it an all around pleasant experience.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this place! We were pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness as we walked into our room. It's right across the street from the beach, which is what we were looking for, at a great price. We never had to ask for clean towels or any of the items that are supplied. Everything was always taken care of. Rosa was very friendly and helped us tremendously with finding places to eat or things to do. She was very hospitable and we really appreciated her friendly attitude. We will stay there again when we go back to that beach. I would definitely recommend this Motel to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway that doesn't break your bank account. Great service, great price, clean rooms, friendly and hospitable.

Very rude receptionist which I am assuming was the owner. Never smiled. Wanted to charge me extra $50 for my friend to park in the lot. The towels provided had nasty stains and was quite disgusting. Rooms are not updated. Will never go back to this place again!

Yuck! Don't waste your money. Not really hospitable or warm and no ocean view thanks to PCH being sold to the ultra rich. There was a bed, a resentful employee at the front desk and a dirty "Jacuzzi" tub. Checked out a night early thanks to the unwelcome vibe and lack of ocean view.
