The “Princess Pools” are the most Southern part of 1000 steps Beach in Laguna. Your only access is when the tide is less than 2’ high and no way back if you miss that window while there 😳 It’s not for children as the rocks to climb are sharp and dangerous. Go for the joy of what it was and what it is. Then spend the day on the sand at 1000 Steps Beach.

Concrete steps all the way down/up to the beach with small platforms every 18 steps. It's probably closer to 233 +/- steps. You are definitely climbing 20+ floors up or down. Many people of all ages did this. You can rest on the small platforms and wait until it's okay to proceed. Restrooms and showers are in a small structure on the beach. Pretty beach with rock formations. There is a cave at the south end but it is tide dependent to access.
