I've lived here for 5 years. The pool is newly redone and they have 3 new mobile homes coming on the market soon. You need to buy, they don't rent.

This moble home park is in very bad neighborhood. The place is very much run down. The rent on a space is $1,800.00 to high for the neighbor hood.
