Pillows are flat, bed is hard, water barely gets warm, and they charge $12 for a water bottle (of course there’s no sign about the predatory pricing, you just find out on your bill). I’m Diamond with Hilton, I’ve stayed at Hiltons all over the world. This is one of the worst I’ve stayed at. I would recommend anyone stay somewhere else.

I tried to get in contact with management to get a discount for bulk rooms. I had 8 rooms at one point for a weekend. The sales person was away but assured me they would work out a deal and refund the difference when they were back. One month later and they still have not gotten in contact with me. Really poor communication from the manager Cristel, overall disappointed with the experience.

We just finished a 4 day stay here. We stay at a lot of Hiltons. Won’t be back to this one. Hilton properties have been on the decline.

I love this hotel. It’s very clean and the beds are soft. The front desk are really friendly. I just wish they put the safe back in the rooms. That is needed in every hotel. Other than that a great hotel.

Meh. Former Holiday Inn with no bathtub, no desk, no closet. You get more space to walk around, more space for luggage. You get a dining table for desk and a couch to relax on. Just don't expect a bath. Leave bath salts at home. The HVAC has 21st century controls. No pool. Leave swimsuit at home.
