Thank you Skye!! Our stay here was absolutely wonderful, and Skye played a huge part in making it so special. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her genuine kindness truly made a difference in our experience. It’s clear she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she takes care of guests. I am not really sure what her exact position is here, but I do hope they make her a building manager, or hire her into corporate lest they lose her to another hotel company that will! Jigna was also fantastic, providing excellent service and making sure we felt right at home. In conclusion, they really helped make our trip even more special than planned, and we’re so grateful for their hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

We have been very pleased with our stay. The staff (especially Marcus) has been exceptionally kind and helpful. The location has been great as well. Being so close to the ART stop has made getting to and from Disneyland very convenient. While the rooms feel a little outdated, they are still very warm and welcoming. Will be staying here again!

Front desk staff and especially food service staff were amazingly friendly. Rooms are just ok, beds were comfortable. Pull out couch bed is really not for adults or anyone weighing over 80 lbs very bad mattress as is to be expected. There were no blankets in the room for pull out couch. Breakfast had plenty of options and was good not great- perfect for a large family traveling with kids. I never leave reviews unless something is really good or really bad - I was just so in between on this location because how nice the staff - House keeping came the first day but we didn’t need service. They never came back in a 4 day stay even upon request- I am very disappointed about that. The hotel it’s self is as to be expected so near to a theme park, a little run down - carpet stains etc. Again I was so mixed in my feeling about my stay. If you have kids and aren’t a picky person this would be a decent place to stay for a longer stay as the suites do have a full kitchen and separated room. Just a little disappointed.

We were celebrating my wife’s 30 birthday. We had an amazing hotel stay. The hotel room was amazing it blew us away. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful. Had a toilet issue but they fixed it right away. After that no issues. Will definitely stay here again.

Currently staying here, our stay has been amazing so far !! Love that this hotel provides full kitchen suites rooms; definitely helps. The front desk has been very helpful answering any questions we had and as well very attentive with our needs. Housekeeping is always so nice when providing fresh towels, tp, and cleaning the room. Love the breakfast buffet and the attendants are always so cheerful, and always with a smile on their face saying good morning. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and families.
