Huntington Parkside

This is an apartment complex, not a hotel or motel. Just an apartment complex. The area is also one of the worst parking situations in Huntington Beach. There are most likely going to be no parking available after 530pm. A few people that reside on one of the 4 streets in the area shuffle 4 or five vehicles that belong to one apartments just doesn't help the matter or there could have been a few parking spots, but some people are so incompetent and inconsiderate to take up more space than necessary.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! Between the rats (missed work - had to call the city, even moved apartments to no avail), the gas leaks (missed work), the intermittent hot water (missed meals and work), the electrical issues...etc. if you want a limited stress environment, don't move here! The owner has substantial work to do here and the tenants suffer the loss in missed billable hours. And they dont care. They will ask you to miss work several times....week after week. Dont know about you, but when I get off work, I have to cook dinner and have a life to live. It's just not worth it. Cant wait to get out of here...

I've been living here for almost 2 years now. Very pleased with the management and maintenance staff. The location is also excellent.
