Laguna Beach House

This is not a fancy hotel but it is nice. My room was recently updated and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free wine reception nightly and free made in house cookies. Not beach front but a super easy walk to pocket beach parks and Laguna main beach. I stayed November 2024. Price was very reasonable. Note that parking is an extra $35 a night. That kind of grinds my gears but all hotels in CA seem to charge for parking now.

Beautiful, clean, friendly spot. Walk to the beach or cute spot for dinner. Enjoy the free wine hour and end with a warm cookie. Samantha, at the front desk, was helpful and very friendly. We witnessed her interchange with many guests that obviously felt at home with her. We'd love to come back

Excellent stay from start to finish. Easy to check-in/check-out, parking onsite. They had complimentary wine at 5pm which was great while we waited for an Uber. The room was impeccable and super cute. And THE BED. Probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in. For the price and location, you can't beat it.

Nosh at All! None of the Nosh items below were as advertised. I told the kids at dinner that we were going back to hotel for milk and cookies. When we arrived there was a small plate with a half of a cookie on it and was told there is no milk. When I asked the attendant I was told they put a small amount out and when they are gone they are gone. We were back at a very decent time to have missed out on this especially when advertised as enjoying before bedtime. I was looking forward to a glass of wine at that was over as well. Your attended was not helpful with this at all and believe your website is very misleading. On top of this our room was not ready at check in time. I was told they had called but showed attendant that i had no missed calls. Attendant says calls not going through happens all the time. Weird...I don't have that problem with anyone else. I will be leaving a google review as well with the this information. Nosh Whatever the flavor, we’ve got your cravings covered. Whether it’s coffee at daybreak (essential), complimentary wine hour by the firepit, or cookies and milk before bedtime. Nosh at Laguna Beach House and get ready for that sweet Laguna Beach surf.

The pool is lovely, the location is solid, soundproofing was a quality. The cost is not in line with what the experience is worth compared to our other recent coastal stays. The linens are polyester and it was the worst hotel bedding experience my husband and I have ever encountered in terms of lacking quality or comfort. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.the room was listed as a costal king balcony, I foolishly expected it to have a balcony, it instead was just on a walkway to access the room. It worked but I wouldn’t be inclined to return though I did appreciate the magical salt water pool.
