Lido House, Autograph Collection

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for a baby moon and we were blown away by the exceptional level of customer service. Nick and Abigail really took care of us by sending up a small gift to our room for our boat ride we had booked. They both really worked with us to make our stay extra special and were so hospitable when we came to them with questions. Obviously this hotel comes at a high cost, but with that comes an absolutely premium level of customer service and incredible location. We look forward to our next stay!

The Lido House in Newport Beach, CA, is a gem! From the moment we arrived, the blend of coastal charm and luxury was evident. The rooms were beautifully appointed, offering a cozy yet chic atmosphere. The staff's hospitality was top-notch, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Lido house was the perfect getaway. Beautiful, clean and energetic environment, yet also relaxing. Room was very clean & cozy. Bed was very comfortable. We moved here from another hotel that was rather loud & noticed a significant difference in how peaceful this hotel was. Staff is very professional and friendly. They have bikes you can use to cruise around. Great location for walking. Loved the Crew Coffee Shop on site. Highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a fun, peaceful stay with excellent service. The front desk staff & valet crew in particular stood out for superior guest service.

Lovely hotel for a vacation in Newport Beach. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were fantastically heated in the middle of winter. Manor’s table is a great restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Hotel guests get a $10 credit for dinner. Platinum members get a flexible $10 F&B credit as well as a $30 breakfast credit. If you want to avoid the $65 valet parking fee. There is street parking on the same block as the hotel. Overnight parking is free (6pm to 8am). $2.55 at all other hours.

This review is specifically for the day pass through Resort Pass, and unfortunately, I would rate my experience as unacceptable. Here's why: Poolside service for food and drinks: This was supposed to be included with our cabana reservation, but there was none. When we asked the front desk, they casually mentioned they had "just stopped" offering this service a week ago. Heated pool: The pool was not heated as advertised. Limited pool menu: The food and beverage options were very restricted. Complimentary SPF service: This was nothing more than a communal pump of sunscreen. Crew Coffee + Cremerie: This was mentioned in the amenities but was nonexistent. When we provided feedback, the staff simply said it wasn’t their issue and blamed Resort Pass. However, it’s the hotel’s responsibility to ensure they properly represent themselves and deliver the services they advertise. Underwhelming and would not recommend
