Hampton Inn & Suites Irvine-Orange County Airport

Very pleased with the accommodation, very clean and comfortable room! The most important thing is how well was the attention and atmosphere of the hotel!! Erick at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly!! He has a great personality and potential for the hotel services! Very knowledgeable, in my stay he went the extra mile to keep us comfortable!! Highly appreciated and recommended!!

I just returned from staying 19 nights in this hotel. I went for a business trip and ended up breaking my leg and needing emergency surgery, after which I couldn't travel for two weeks. The staff was absolutely amazing. John, Eric, Crishiel, Allison, Ayesha, Lily, and others went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, that my room was always clean, delivered breakfast to me in the mornings, checked in to see how I was doing (without overwhelming), and helped with the many guests who came to also help take care of me. My sister stayed with me the last few days of my stay and they welcomed her with open arms as well. I felt safe, comfortable, and cared for my entire stay. I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past as well, and I have always been very pleased withy stay. I think it is an excellent value and you just can't beat the staff! They're the best!! Thank you, Team!!

Nice location for Airport only. Parking was difficult especially when maids are allowed to park in Diamond reserved parking. When we first got in room it was stuffy and humid. A/C thermostat on wall not operational. We called and Facility rep came promptly and told us to push power button on unit mounted on bottom window. Refrigerator had no freezer compartment, and microwave had improper glass plate sliding all over when using. This is unacceptable for a Hilton Family establishment! Sad to see a nice location Hilton family establishment in this condition. In addition we were told at check in there would be a $28 parking fee per night that we were not made aware of on the website where we booked our reservation. After stating that fact the desk person didn’t charge us. Parking is a real premium not many spaces. Fortunately I’m a handicap placard holder so I could park, but for regular folks forget about it. There shouldn’t be any parking fees period without a proper amount of spaces. Staff does a tight monitoring of spaces which is good. Much improvement needed here.

This hotel is in a great location very close to the airport entrance. I had a bit of trouble checking in on the Hilton app, but Allison offered us a room upgrade and really took care of us with a smile!! Great experience!

I like the room and breakfast, decent and lovely. Their housekeeping makes our beds every day, which exceeds our expectation. The only thing we are not used to is the staff is kinda too cool(?) as if we are not welcomed. One example in the cafe this morning is that a lady would like to switch table with us coz we have more people. However, a female staff who works in the cafe stopped her and whispered in her ears, in front of me. I would say this is really rude. When we checked out, Amenda(?) insists we have to pay 120 dollars becoz she thinks our package purchased in hotels.com does Not include parking fee.we feel like being cheated. Because the first day we arrived at hampton did confirm with the receptionists that our package includes 4 nights’ parking. I am not sure if we will stay at hampton next time, but we do hope other customers will not encounter the same thing as we do. 3 stars are our appreciation to the staff who cook our breakfasts and housekeeping.
