I ended up staying here at the Renaissance Hotel for business with my husband. Check in was very smooth and the staff very inviting. The rooms were really nice and clean. My husband really enjoyed the gym. He said it was very spacious and very clean. He was surprised that they had complimentary bottled water. I ended up stumbling upon a spa near the pool and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I ended up getting a facial which was very refreshing and relaxing! We will definitely stay at the renaissance hotel again!

Quick work trip 2 night stay, staff was amazing. Great facilities. Room was great a little wear and tear, room ran a bit warm. Great pickleball courts, bummed I couldn’t play more. Breakfast buffet worth it for the variety/ quality. The bar was great and bartenders super attentive. Room service worked in a pinch. Conference room where good, we had a little bit of issues with the power but it worked out. Paying for parking was a bit rough for those not staying at the hotel. Over all good stay and very close to the airport for those flying in.

Excellent comfort, service, and location make this the best place I've stayed at in Orange County so far. It gets all the small details right including high quality soaps and shampoos, simple navigation, big TVs with Netflix support, and more. Staff went out of their way to help me for a couple things, which was greatly appreciated. Truly a great experience. Just be aware that parking is $43/day and there's no way around it.

Jeremy at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. His level of service and professionalism surpasses anyone from a Ritz, St. Regis, Four Seasons. He was so nice upon check-in and his whole demeanor screamed upscale. He set the tone for our experience. There were some things about the room that were dated but nothing major. But because of Jeremy, it made up for the room’s shortcomings. Hospitality and service makes a huge difference. Thank you for your kindness.
