Management is very rude and nasty. No customer service at all. They think they are running a jail. Have seen multiple customers engaged in altercations. They have also complained about people using towels. Wants to kick people out of the hotel. Very power trippy people. It’s unfortunate nice hotel, I would never come back.

My stay was amazing. It was quite, no annoying noises! The room was very clean, specious, and modern. The bed was comfortable! No complaints! Customer service was also great! Nonna was very polite and welcoming! She helped me at the front desk! Also, the food was a chef’s kiss! Loved their breakfast menu! Would recommend!

This review is way long-overdue! Hotel in a convenient-enough location of Irvine - by car, it’s minutes from everything: stores, shopping malls, beaches, restaurants, uci, gas stations, parks, movie theaters, John Wayne Airport, hiking trails at Crystal Cove, great churches, freeways, etc. Hotel has both uncovered and covered parking spots. Pool is indoors on an upper level, no jacuzzi. Clean building. I want to highlight night staff - the front desk person, Tyler. Every time I’ve come here, he provides excellent customer service. He’s efficient. Polite. Courteous. Really appreciate his helpfulness & sincerity. Hilton crew, you got a good one on your team. Smart kid.

Highly recommend this hotel. The reception and restaurant were exceptional. One waitress, Marla, was delightful. The breakfast was especially very reasonably priced.

The ceilings are too thin and we hear stomping. The air conditioner is too cold in the winter. I live in a ski town and this hotel is colder than my town. For no reason! Everyone in the restaurant is cold wearing a jacket. Wasting money on AC! My steak was barely warm but tasted good. We do like that there is a washer dryer.
