I stayed here for three days and they also gave me a free upgrade. It’s conveniently located near the airport plus they also have airport shuttle service. The only con is that you need to inform the front desk a day in advance of your departure which I was not aware of. Apart from that this is a great stay. Staff is very welcoming and friendly, rooms are clean and homely. They also provide free fresh breakfast. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Irvine.

This Hotel might not be 5 star but you will be greeted with a warm smile from all the staff you’ll encounter. The young ladies at the front desks are friendly, helpful and they go the extra mile. I was picked up from the airport by the hotel shuttle front desk attendant. It seems everybody is happy to work there. The hotel is conveniently located about 8 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean,provided with microwave and fridge. The hotel provides buffet style breakfast from 6:00 am to 9:30 am . I appreciate that provide eggs, potatoes, baked goods and good qualities teas. There are no convenient stores walking distance. I was trying to buy some fruits in the evening, the front desk young man told me that supermarkets are a few miles away and I wasn’t going to Uber to get my fruit fix. The young man went to the back and brought me a few fruits. I congratulate the Human Resources and the managers that trained your staff to be helpful with a great attitude and noticeably happy to work there. The only suggestion I have for the hotel is if they can provide one or two usb outlets in the room. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay great! I value your warm smiles and welcoming attitude.

Every staff member was extremely professional and kind. The breakfast was great. The fitness room was nice. The outside pool was perfect. The rooms clean! Do NOT disrespect any staff members and do NOT trash your room. Be an adult and clean up after yourself.

One big gripe is that the paid parking. They should provide free parking for guests staying in the hotel. This is orange county, where you get free parking in almost all places. And they will increase the parking fee on Jan 2025, already put a sign on front desk. Amenities on room also limited. Asked for slippers for the room, and they didn't provide. Service was quite good, and free breakfast is a plus. It is near the freeway, and quite central in the city of Irvine. Overall, it was okay..

response to hyatt: i stayed here. the hooks are those metal knob looking things right by the shower glass door. if you walk into your den room, you'll know what i mean. don't tell me i did not stay here -- because i did. i stayed here a few weeks ago and i did not like that the walls had some weird stains on them -- kind of dirty. the shower was modern and clean. however, there was rust and weird stuff on the hooks on the walls, which made me not want to hang any of my stuff on the hooks. i don't think i would choose this location again.
