Definitely a hotel showing its age, but the staff and service far and above make up for it. I had an amazing experience working with Aaron (Erin sp?), who was exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Probably one of the best, if not the best experience I’ve had with hotel staff over almost a decade of work travel. He was friendly, informative, accommodating, organizing, and forthright. Interactions with other staff were similarly productive and encouraging. I hope other locations would take notes from the exceptional staff and service experience here.

Booked a 3 night stay for a family disney vacation. 1. We specifically chose this hotel due to its “Indoor heated pool” however, upon arriving we quickly realized the pool was not heated and entire pool room was freezing cold. The evening manager (Mike) was very helpful and conveyed their pool heating source was not working thus offered complimentary parking for our stay for the inconvenience. 2. Cleanliness and room maintenance. The carpets and rooms are in clear need of a deep clean/wash along with the upholstery of the sofa couch in each room. Everything felt tacky/sticky to an extent. Furthermore, the rooms need a major renovation and up-keeping, the shower in our room had excess condensation to the point where (Yellow droplets) build up on the ceiling and actually fall on you while showering concluding the ceiling needs a replacing along with new paint and sealant. 3. Comfortless. The beds are aged along with the sofa couch mattress and are not comfortable and need immediate replacing. Upon bringing these issues up to the morning manager (Aaron) at checkout. He seemed disturbed and not surprised with any concerns. Aaron’s direct feedback was, why did we not communicate this immediately, as if I was going to have a maintenance or engineer look at the bathroom ceiling post showering and getting ready for bed, plus there is not a quick fix to that issue. Additionally, Aaron did not seem to understand our concerns and was borderline argumentative upon speaking with him. (If upper management reads this, to which I doubt, my suggestion is to re-train your morning manager Aaron to be receptive to guest concerns instead of being careless.) Lastly Aaron asked me to send him an email to follow up with me but it has been more than 4 days and still no response. Is this professional?

We had a great time staying at Embassy Suites while attending a waterpolo tournament. Michael checked us in during the evening and he was so helpful! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

was given a dingy room where the key did not work and instead of working for a solution i had to get maintenance to unlock my door any time i came and went from the hotel. Bathtub dirty, couch stained, ice machines broken. Nice breakfast though i guess. The staff was nice enough but obviously were not empowered enough to provide a solution

This hotel is older so take with that what you will. But other than that the experience was nice, friendly helpful staff which is important. Airport transportation was quick and efficient. The food was good, nice selection for breakfast. We ate at the hotel for dinner and it was pricey but I recommend the burger.
